Biography: 

Jhmira Alexander is a strategist and nonprofit executive with deep expertise in fundraising, financial sustainability, and organizational development. An entrepreneur turned intrapreneur, she is known for centering community voice through collaboration and believes in building sustainable change alongside those most impacted. As President and CEO of Public Narrative, a media resource nonprofit committed to supporting narrative change and community-oriented journalism, Jhmira has developed innovative programs addressing critical journalism challenges and community engagement.

Speaker Topic: Assessing Risks, Value and Opportunities

Description: This talk will show how project management professionals can better assess risk, value, and opportunity to make stronger decisions and deliver outcomes that matter. It will explore practical approaches to managing uncertainty, aligning projects with strategic value, and actively identifying opportunities alongside risks. Attendees will gain insights into integrating these assessments into everyday project practices to improve adaptability, stakeholder confidence, and overall project success.
