Updating Your Profile Information:

PMI Chicagoland: Click here to open the Member Information Editor

PMI Global:

  • Log in to pmi.org using your PMI Global credentials
  • Click on "Community Profile" under your name on the upper right-hand corner
  • Click "Manage Profile" (if it is visible) or the ellipsis (...) next to your name at the top of the page
    • Click "Edit Personal Info"
    • Review and update information (i.e., "Industry", "Organization", "Title") as needed
    • Click "Save & Close"
  • If you only see an "About Me" box, click "Edit".  If you see a list of items under the "About Me" box, click the "Edit" next to each of the items listed below:
    • Location - Review and verify that the city and state listed are current and correct
    • Certifications - Review and verify that the certifications listed are current and correct
    • Chapter Membership - Review and verify that all chapters of which you are currently a member are listed
  • Feel free to review and update any additional information in your profile.

View current or past registrations for PMI Chicagoland events.  

ALERT:  Email issues with PMIChicagoland

If you are having trouble receiving email from PMIChicagoland, a firewall or spam filter is likely the cause.  However, you can add several domains and IP addresses to your local Allow List to ensure safe delivery.  Depending on your email service, you may be able to do this yourself, or you may need assistance from your IT administrator.  We recommend including the following:

Messages from PMIChicagoland will usually have the same reply-to email address on them (visible if you start to reply to the message).  Adding this address to your address book or contact list can also help ensure delivery.  Adding [email protected] to your address book or contact list can also help.  These changes can be helpful if e-mails are being reported as bounced, too.

New Member Credentials:

It takes 4-5 days for PMI.org to complete the member update process for new members or those whose membership has lapsed and they have re-registered.  Until this process is complete, you will not be able to log on to the Chapter website.
  If you forgot your password, click on  "Forgot Username/Password?" to reset it
