Presentation Title: Leveraging your "vert" strengths to excel in Project Management (Introvert, Extravert, Ambivert, and Omnivert)

Description: Project managers are often expected to lead in one “ideal” way—bold, fast-moving, and constantly in the spotlight. But the most effective project leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. It shifts with your personality, the project environment, and what your team needs to succeed.

This presentation highlights how introverts, extroverts, ambiverts, and omniverts can all lead exceptional projects by leaning into their natural strengths—and flexing their approach with intention. Participants will leave with practical, immediately usable strategies to strengthen communication, influence stakeholders, and build inclusive, high-performing teams—while staying authentic to who they are.

Learning Objectives

  1. Identify how introvert, extrovert, ambivert, and omnivert traits influence project leadership approaches.
  2. Apply strategies to leverage personal strengths and address blind spots across key project management responsibilities.
  3. Adapt leadership and communication style to the situation to lead teams and stakeholders more intentionally and effectively.
