Presentation Title: Breaking Barriers: Moving from Perfection Paralysis to Power and Presence
Description:
What if the biggest barriers holding you back at work aren’t skill gaps—but silence, burnout, or perfection paralysis? In this high-energy, interactive session, Nikitta Foston invites project management professionals to rethink what it takes to move boldly beyond real and perceived barriers to increase impact, influence, and achievement.
Drawing on her experience as a speechwriter, adjunct lecturer, podcast host, and Zumba instructor, Nikitta blends storytelling, humor, and light movement to explore how finding your voice, honoring your body, and releasing the myth of perfection can unlock greater confidence, clarity, and career momentum. Participants will engage in simple movements designed to energize the room, strengthen connection, and demonstrate how physical wellness fuels professional excellence—leaving inspired, recharged, and equipped with practical next steps.
