Speaker: Marc Chabot 

Biography: 

Marc Chabot is a technology executive, three-time venture-backed CEO, and thought leader on the future of enterprise planning in the era of Agentic AI. Marc is the Co-Founder and CEO of ForceEquals, an AI-powered Enterprise Planning Operating System designed to help organizations move faster from idea to execution. By leveraging AI agents to gather context, align stakeholders, surface risks, and prepare initiatives for delivery, ForceEquals enables teams to dramatically accelerate planning while improving decision quality. 

Through his work with COOs, CIOs, and PMO leaders, Marc focuses on how Agentic AI will reshape how organizations plan complex initiatives—shifting planning from manual coordination toward AI-assisted discovery, alignment, and execution readiness. Prior to founding ForceEquals, Marc held leadership roles at leading enterprise software companies including RightNow Technologies, NetSuite, Oracle, and WeWork. He holds a BSE in Engineering from Princeton University.
