Curious about the PMI-PMOCP™ but not sure where to start? This 60-minute informational session is designed to help you understand what the PMI Project Management Office Certified Professional (PMI-PMOCP)™ certification is, who it’s for, and whether it aligns with your career goals.

Many professionals are already operating at a PMO or program level—without realizing their experience aligns to it. 

If you’ve ever:
• Governed multiple projects or portfolios
• Standardized processes or frameworks
• Influenced decision-making across teams
• Driven strategic outcomes beyond a single project

You may already be doing PMO-level work.

PMP = execution
PMOCP = governance, strategy, and systems

This session is designed for professionals who are influencing work beyond individual projects.
