The Youth Project Execution Program is a 3-week initiative designed to introduce students to real-world project management through hands-on experience. Working in teams, you'll identify a real community problem, develop a practical solution, and execute a project that matters. Every team is guided by a dedicated mentor assigned by PMI Chicagoland — a practicing project manager who coaches you from kickoff to finals. You'll learn directly from working professionals, build skills for your résumé and college applications, and walk away with a finished project and a network of PMs in your corner.
