Generative AI is creating new opportunities to transform how project teams plan, collaborate, and deliver.

Speaker: Arpan Lidder a Director of CRM Systems at CodeItYoung, where he leads technology transformation across CRM, data, AI, and digital capabilities supporting global clients. He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning Fortune 500 technology organizations and Big Four consulting, with deep expertise in Salesforce, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and emerging AI technologies. Arpan has led complex transformation programs, advised business and technology leaders, and explored practical applications of generative AI and agentic technologies to improve how teams design, deliver, and govern technology. His current focus is on applying AI to enterprise workflows while maintaining the governance, data stewardship, and human oversight required in highly regulated environments.

In this session, we will examine how AI can help facilitate ceremonies, analyze project information, identify risks and dependencies, improve requirements, and accelerate delivery activities. We will then translate these concepts into practical applications for healthcare and life sciences environments, where data sensitivity, regulatory requirements, model governance, and human accountability are critical.

The session will emphasize real-world implementation rather than AI theory, giving attendees a framework for identifying where AI can create value while maintaining appropriate controls.

 Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session, attendees will:

1. Understand AI and the opportunities it presents for project management.

2. Explore the evolution from prompts to AI agents within regulated industries.

3. Identify ways to apply these concepts within their own project management journey.
