Responsible for the Aon Hewitt global enterprise program management office responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving organizational change for how project management proven methods and behaviors are to be embraced across Aon Hewitt's 33,000 colleague population. The purpose for establishing the EPMO is to support the organization to do two things really well; 1. Deliver on commitments to clients, and 2. Execute on innovation ideas. These are foundational components to the organization's success whereas project management needs to be a core capability in order to deliver these objectives with consistent excellence.

Jane von Kirchbach Director, Enterprise Systems and Data Pfizer
As Director of Enterprise Systems and Data at Hospira, a Pfizer company, Jane brings deep expertise in delivering business transformations enabled by information technology. Jane’s recent roles included leading Hospira’s Enterprise Applications and Data organization, managing 250-member team and supporting 18,000 users globally. Jane is currently leading efforts to integrate Hospira and Pfizer enterprise information management systems, while delivering BI and analytics solutions to drive Hospira’s business performance. Jane is also a Vice Chair the PMI Chicagoland Executive Council.

Silvia Prickel Managing Director, Enterprise Quality and Release Management United Airlines
As Managing Director, Silvia Prickel is responsible for Enterprise Quality and Release Management (eQRM) with accountability for Test Automation, Continuous Delivery, and Release Governance on behalf of the United Enterprise.
She is a veteran Information Technology executive with a proven track record in leading, managing and delivering highly successful business solutions to achieve revenue and efficiency targets. Her area of expertise and passion is in Business Strategy and Optimization, Organizational Change Management, and IT Service Management. Silvia is an IT Service Management certified professional, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Silvia also co-authored three books for IT Professionals. She advocates digital disruption and a technological revolution. Silvia is currently the Metropolitan Club Board Chair, and an active PMI member.
