About our Facilitators:
Carlton “Skip” Depner is the Director of Mentoring for the PMI Chicagoland Chapter. Prior to assuming that role, Skip had participated in the Core PM Mentor Program as a Mentor and member of the Core PM Mentoring Leadership Team. He is also a member of the PMI Chicagoland Executive Council. Skip is currently President of the consulting firm he founded in 2012. He was at Motorola for 30 years where he held several Senior Director roles as head of PMOs directing the activities of more than 2,000 wireless technologies product development engineers. He also held similar PMO management roles at Dell Inc. for 3 years prior to forming his consulting firm. Skip is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master.
Sunil Chainani, PMP is the Program Lead – Project Management Help Line, for the PMI Chicagoland Chapter. He has been with volunteering for the chapter since 2005, in various roles including Director of Volunteers. Sunil has 16+ years of ERP and supply chain systems project / business transformation management experiences in healthcare, food, consumer goods, distribution, manufacturing, large, small, public, private, global and domestic environments.
