(Registration ends 9/10) “It’s not just them, it’s you too” helps leaders to understand the importance of both interpersonal and intrapersonal dynamics that occur in their leadership and organization. Although as leaders and managers we feel at the mercy of those around us, often vacillating between motivating and forcing people to do what needs to be done, we actually have more control than we realize. As the leader, we shape the culture of our sphere of influence, whether we intend to or not. By examining and understanding both our personal biases and the way we are interacting with those around us, we can then consciously choose how we will shape that culture. This presentation will give you tools, tips and techniques for understanding yourself and your interactions, why you react to certain people the way you do and how to manage or even change your automatic responses. This information can improve every aspect of your leadership interactions.
