Demystifying Business Strategy

We all work hard. Very hard. We spend our time and focus delivering projects and leading our teams. Yet, do we spend the same time and focus on our own careers?

At the November 13th chapter dinner meeting, a panel of experienced project management consultants from the Chicagoland PMI Executive Council will share their thoughts on how to align projects with a client’s strategy and business goals.  They’ll share experiences and best practices from their consulting careers so that you can leverage to grow your own career. Come prepared with questions to ask to keep the conversation personally relevant and lively.
