How do you prepare a testing team to work in an Agile methodology?
What are the methods or processes for the testing team to become successful in validating the product/service before it is handed over to Product Owner?
How do you progressively enhance testing team capabilities?
In this engaging Knowledge Sharing presentation and Q&A, Andrew will share experience on implementing and enhancing the testing team’s capability while working on Agile projects with various teams, tools, and methodologies.

About the Presenter:
Andrew Soswa is a strategic Enterprise Portfolio Manager and Agile Transformation Coach with 15+ years’ experience in project and change management. He holds PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, Agile Trainer certifications. He has been a member of PMI since 2009 and is an active volunteer at PMI Chicagoland Chapter.
