Topic:

Why Just Landing the Plane Isn't Enough: Gauging Resistance and Why Reinforcement Matters.

Speaker:

Lane Compton PMP, CSM, CSPO, CCMP, MBA

ABSTRACT:

Many organizations lack the discipline to invest time, energy and resources into a project during the critical reinforcement phase following launch. When teams are directed to rush on to the next project, organizations forfeit the ability to gain acceptance and adoption, gather valuable insights from front line users and critically evaluate lessons learned to apply to future projects.

In this session, you will have the opportunity to examine case studies and consider how to capture the full value proposition from your new or updated product or process during the reinforcement phase. Key Take-A-Ways: *Why reinforcement matters. *How to sustain leadership attention. *How to gauge resistance to adopting the new or updated product or process.
