Amy Martin
Bio:
Favorite proverb, “Those who say it can’t be done should get out of the way of those doing it.”
Amy Martin is Vice President, PMO for Allstate’s Technology, Services, and Ventures responsible for leading the delivery of a significant portfolio of critical digital, risk management, and technology projects that are game-changers for Allstate. Her focus is to accelerate transforming Allstate through building high-performing and diverse teams, who lean in fearlessly, driving outcomes through a clearly defined operating model.
Prior to Allstate, Amy led the Technology Enterprise PMO for McDonald's Corporation delivering their digital transformation portfolio, launching an agile operating model, and enhancing their strategic planning efforts. She also spent nearly 14 years with Aon (Aon Hewitt) leading large-scale implementations for such clients as Goldman Sachs, US Federal Government, Discover, Citibank, and Northrop Grumman, to name a few.
She holds two master’s degrees, an MBA and a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and has co-authored the PMI Global Standard on “Organizational Project Management”. Most importantly, Amy is an advocate for diversity and has led the Women in Technology efforts at McDonald’s Corporations, spearheading their engagement with Grace Hopper, Afro Tech, and Girls Who Code. She is advancing the same focus now at Allstate.
Amy is a wife, mother to a 9-year-old boy named Jayden, and lives in Libertyville, IL.
