Pritish Nawlakhe
Bio:
Pritish is a ‘Visionary, Disruptor and a Doer’ with comprehensive experience in finance, digital transformation, and advance analytics includes developing a strong, clear strategy connecting business, technology, and data and analytics to maintain competitive advantage.
He has extensive executive-level experience with best practices for defining programs; identifying quick wins supporting the business strategy, aligning budget, technology and resources while encouraging teams to dream big and come up with out of box solutions.
Pritish has established Value Management Office (VMO) for Freddie Mac leveraging Agile to respond flexibly to market demands, to deliver capability, data, and analytics for IDEA. Matured VMO to manage Innovation by establishing process and tools to foster ideation, concept evaluation, business cases, prioritization, and execution. Oversee and influence Innovation and Proof of Concepts as Leader and Subject Matter Expert.
Currently at Freddie Mac Pritish is responsible for Value & Product Management with the objective of creating positive impact on borrowers by proactively managing risk products and launching waivers/Rep & Warrants, resulting in high-quality loans/mortgages, stable securities, and reduced borrowing cost. Build loan, property, appraisal & borrower 360 and leverage advance analytics like AI/ML/Data Science to accomplish mission.
Topic:
Corporations are now leveraging AI/ML and Data Science to improve decision making which in turn reduces risk and consumer cost. AI/ML/DS projects are highly technical in nature and complex, requiring an approach and engagement of SMEs for successful completion. Pritish will share experience and considerations in delivering the first AI/ML project for Freddie Mac.
