TITLE: Managing Projects in Today’s Volatile Environment with a focus on budget management

ABSTRACT: Project Managers need to adapt to a rapidly changing business and economic environment to successfully deliver projects. Managing project costs, resources and timelines are challenging at the best of times, and in the current environment, project management cannot be business as usual. This session will draw on case studies of projects which have successfully navigated these challenges over the last two years and provide insights on how project managers are adapting to the changed environment.
