PMI Chicagoland September 14th dinner meeting will be a CELEBRATION of our 45th Anniversary and Member Appreciation event. It will showcase our journey over the years serving you, our members, external partners and advancing the project management profession. It will be an evening of networking, dinner, fun, trivia and yes, a short presentation led by one of our longest-serving members, Steven Barger, on his project management journey. Every (in-person) attendee will take home an anniversary gift!

Steven Barger, Chair - PMI Chicagoland Executive Council
Bio:
Steve Barger is the Chair of the PMI Chicagoland Executive Council and is the Chief Operating Officer at Moshun. Steve joined Moshun following an illustrious career as a Fortune 500 executive and strategic consultant helping companies build and execute comprehensive plans to solve their most difficult problems. With his grounding belief in the importance of continuous learning to get smarter as a team and grow as a business, he is an exceptional leader who can oversee organization strategy, day-to-day operations and manage organizational change.
An accomplished and sought-after speaker at trade and professional organizations, Steve is the president of the Northern Illinois University Computer Science Alumni and has served on the Executive Council of the Chicagoland Chapter of the Project Management Institute since 2021.
In his free time Steve enjoys reading, snowmobiling and woodworking with his friends. Steve holds a Masters in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
