Keynote Speaker: Mike Griffiths
Author, Trainer, Consultant for PMI
Three Trends Shaping Evolution of Project Teams
Abstract: Examine how the rise of AI, the shift to hybrid workspaces, and the ongoing evolution of agile approaches are reshaping project teams, with a focus on making these changes responsibly. AI tools have brought both productivity boosts and challenges, including issues with accuracy and ethical decision-making.
- As remote and hybrid work becomes the norm, maintaining effective team dynamics requires new approaches that balance flexibility with cohesion.
- The blending of agile frameworks with other approaches calls for a more nuanced approach—one that encourages teams to adapt rather than conform to rigid guidelines.
- This session explores how project managers can navigate these trends in a way that prioritizes thoughtful adaptation and critical thinking.
